APON BAZAAR, a leading retail brand focused on RMG workers wellbeing, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Super Shop Manager. If you have a proven track record of success in the retail industry and are ready to take on a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:  

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service· 
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences· 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers· 
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth·
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner·   
•  Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
