Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Diploma in engineering with BSc.(ET/MT/COMT)
• An SSC (Voc) background will add value.

Additional Requirements

• Gentle & good behavior is expected.
• Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Browsing & Email etc.)

Responsibilities & Context

• Participate in the planning and budgeting of institute programs.
• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all vocational program activities.
• Oversee office management, including furniture, documentation, banking, and building maintenance.
• Organize student games, and cultural events, and manage corresponding budgets.
• Handle correspondence with government officials and monitor legal matters.
• Monitor daily financial activities and ensure proper fund utilization.
• Provide educational support and track student academic progress.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and ensure a satisfactory living environment for residential students.
• Manage staff responsibilities and performance.
• Establish an effective Management Information System (MIS) for monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee student admissions and promotional activities.
• Submit progress and financial reports to supervisors regularly.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Two festival allowance, each equivalent to the basic salary, will be provided.

Increment will be added as per the institution’s policy.
