Requirements
Education

Responsibilities & Context
- To ensure fuel – CNG, LPG, NG & Diesel for powerhouse, boiler for smoothly operation and maintain buffer stock.
- To ensure proper logistic support, operation, maintenance & documentation forklift, Scissor lift, Man lift, Lathe Machine, Welding Machine etc.
- Proper liaison with CNG/LPG/Diesel station and with user department, know about the user consumption Cleary, plan accordingly and ensure reliability.
- To ensure Vehicle management for CNG/LPG/Diesel and keep update.
- Schedule regular maintenance checkups and documentation and fit 100% all time.
- To keep update and align meet requirements code & standard/Authority – BERC, BPC, NFPA 52 & 58, BNBC -2020, OSHA 45001
- Prepare breakdown and maintenance report.
- Responsible for audit documentation & Maintenance budget submission.
- Responsible for spare parts inventory, requisition of spare parts and others consumable items through JDE software.
- Ensure all transaction on JDE is done correctly and on time.
- Follow up requisition approval route and PO balance.
- Coordinate with procurements team and supplier to uninterrupted supply to support utility operation and maintenance.
