Responsibilities & Context
– Conducting site visits and analyses, including sketching and measurement.
– Interacting with clients, maintaining office files, and submitting reports.
– Planning and supervising landscaping work.
– Ensuring all gardening work is completed with quality and according to design.
– Monitoring plant health, diagnosing issues, and providing treatment guidance.
– Implementing projects as per designs and plans.
– Conducting regular inspections of gardens and outdoor areas.
– Providing feedback and performance evaluations to gardening staff.
– Collaborating with clients or management to address specific needs or concerns.
– Working under pressure.
– Performing maintenance work with assistance when needed.
