Responsibilities & Context

1.Follow authorized outbound standard operation procedure.

2.Ensure inbound stocks are carefully inspected and verified in terms of SKU accuracy, Batch accuracy, Quantity accuracy and Quantity aspects are at required level.

3.Motivate pickers/ MHE operators to put away goods to storage locations accurately to ensure location accuracy of inventory.

4.Engage in cycle counts and pick phase counts as guided by management in correct frequency and time lines.

5.Whenever any inventory discrepancy occurs, actively participate on resolving the issue by the guidance of DC in charge. Prepare inbound top sheet with correct details and keep proper records/ documents.

6.Ensure all staff is following adequate safety precautions and requirements as guided by Nestle Bangladesh Ltd & K & A Logistics Ltd.

7.Ensure required quality standards in the operation and guide subordinated to adequate quality steps are followed all the time.

8.Ensure all pickers, unloaders and MHE operators are following discipline guidelines given by the company.

9.Pay proper attention on operational KPIs that are governing the operation and take maximum efforts to achieve operational KPIs in full.

10.Ensure proper housekeeping and cleaning is happening inside the DC and maintain neat and tidy environment. Identify training needs of unloaders and pickers; share it with company to arrange adequate trainings.

11.Ensure DOR KPIs are properly followed up, measured and targets are achieved.

12.Maintain proper attendance to work and punctual on time lines.

13.Keep proper communication with DC team and escalate any special matter/ issue to NBL or K & A management appropriately.

14.Follow good HR and Administration practices as guided by company.

15.Explore opportunities to make DC operation more effective on speed, safety, quality aspects and share the observations with management.
