Responsibilities & Context
Position: Supervisor (Sewing) for 100% export oriented Japanese Woven Garments Factory
Location: Kumkumary, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right sewing quality, quantity & WIP Control.
- Minimize wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity. Maintain highest standard of sewing quality.
