- Should have experience in day or night shift work.

Responsibilities & Context
- Experience in managing workers in any factory
- A complete delivery record should be maintained.
- Must have experience in writing delivery challan and gate pass.
- Must have proper product unloading experience.
- Must have experience in proper loading of product in vehicle.
- Ensuring timely attendance of workers for daily product loading and unloading work.
- To ensure the timely attendance of staff on duty on a rotation basis.
- To control the negligence of an employee not coming to duty without an acceptable reason.
- Perform similar tasks as directed by management.
