Responsibilities & Context

• Experience in managing workers in any factory
• A complete delivery record should be maintained.
• Must have experience in writing delivery challan and gate pass.
• Must have proper product unloading experience.
• Must have experience in proper loading of product in vehicle.
• Ensuring timely attendance of workers for daily product loading and unloading work.
• To ensure the timely attendance of staff on duty on a rotation basis.
• To control the negligence of an employee not coming to duty without an acceptable reason.
• Perform similar tasks as directed by management.
