Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Job Context:

City Mart is inviting applications from competent & potential candidates for the position of “Supervisor” at its food court, “At the Table”.

Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food court staff
• Ensure all areas of the food court are clean, organized and vendors are maintaining their supplies
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and get feedback from customers
• Train, mentor, and evaluate food court employees
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
