Job Context:
City Mart is inviting applications from competent & potential candidates for the position of “Supervisor” at its food court, “At the Table”.
Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food court staff
- Ensure all areas of the food court are clean, organized and vendors are maintaining their supplies
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and get feedback from customers
- Train, mentor, and evaluate food court employees
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
