Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction materials.
Ability to use construction tools, leveling instruments, and surveying equipment. Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and worksite compliance.
Experience with concrete work, steel structures, formwork, and finishing.
Ability to speak and understand English.

Knowledge of construction materials and methods of work Plumber, Shutter Carpenter, Steel Fixture, Scaffolder, Painter.
Proficiency in design and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)·
Oversee the construction process, including supervising construction workers, ensuring adherence to timelines, and coordinating various aspects of the project.
Conduct surveys and site investigations to assess environmental, soil, and other conditions for project feasibility.
Ensure that all projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during construction and in the long-term operation of infrastructure.
Address technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, from planning through construction.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, mathematics, and physics·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
