Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
- Check cleaning equipment condition.
- Handle complaints and feedback from concern department.
- Identify training needs for all cleaning staff and train cleaners.
- Inspect work done by cleaners daily.
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures and workplace safety.
- Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
- Solve operational problems and make decisions.
- Periodical pest control.
- Submit daily cleanliness report.
