Additional Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the RMG, Auditing, or RMG Accessories industry is preferable.
Thorough knowledge of product and market dynamics.

Ensure best service support for CRM vendors, ensuring zero hindrance in services provided by Organization.

Build strong rapport with Client/vendors to gain 100% trust on Intertek, facilitating continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and market share.

Conduct daily analysis and reporting, including monitoring report due lists, delivery status, hold progress updates, and payment collection updates.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain close relationships with customers and organize customer engagement programs.
Assist in increasing market share and report value increase, ensuring report delivery turnaround time (TAT) up to 80% by office time.
Work collaboratively with the credit team to support credit collection and ensure CRM customers receive reports on time.
