Additional Requirements

Responsible to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols to meet product specifications and customer expectations.
Overseeing the daily production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders.
Monitoring the production process to identify potential issues and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
Ensure that products meet required quality standards through inspections and testing.
Ensuring that manufacturing processes (inspection stage) comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) & policies.
Supervise entry and exit points of the factory.
Check and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and personnel.
Oversee loading/unloading of finished goods to prevent theft or loss.· Maintain daily incident logs, visitor logs, gate pass records, and material movement registers.
Report incidents (theft, accident, disputes, or fire) to factory management immediately.
Support HR and Admin in handling worker unrest, disputes, or disciplinary issues.
Identify potential threats (internal theft, fire risks, labor unrest).· Operate and monitor CCTV systems.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and promptly notify the maintenance department of any major breakdowns through proper channels.
