Job Context: As the Factory Supervisor at our natural and organic food processing and packaging organization, you will ensure efficient operations in packaging and delivery. You will oversee a team to package high-quality products according to strict standards and ensure timely deliveries. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to our values of quality and sustainability.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

• Creating work schedules and managing manpower to meet production targets efficiently.
• Monitoring inventory levels, materials and equipment and coordinating with the concerned department to ensure adequate supply to optimize Packaging & delivery output.
• Directly managing and guiding a team of workers, including assigning tasks to achieve performance goals and monitoring performance.
• Providing training to new employees and ongoing development opportunities to existing staff.
• Monitoring packaging & delivery processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Addressing issues that arise during packaging and delivery, such as equipment malfunctions or personnel conflicts.
• Maintain records of packaging, delivery activities, performance metrics.
• Maintain Warehouse Stock & Production Stock on a daily routine and deliver report as per demand.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment.

Work Place: 180/C, Hazaribag, Sher-E-Bangla Road, Hazaribag, Dhaka

Time: (09:00 Am-06:00 Pm)
