Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee all finance related functions, includes remittance activities of an airline, ensuring strong financial control.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales proceeds in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor ticketing and cargo sales reports, verify financial data, and ensure full compliance with company financial standards.
- Coordinate with banks, other financial institutions and payment partners to facilitate smooth and accurate fund transfers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly report, within set deadlines.
- Maintain accurate BSP and bank reconciliation records, supporting all settlement and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with local remittance laws, central bank guidelines, and internal audit requirements.
- Assist internal and external audits by providing all required documentation and financial records.
- Identify discrepancies or delays in remittances, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and remittance performance updates for senior management.
