Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Ensure printed materials meet company quality standards.
Ensure printing Color meet the buyer requiremen.
Identify defects or inconsistencies in prints and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular quality checks and collaborate with the quality assurance team.
Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of offset printing machines.
Identify and resolve operational issues in machinery to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
Lead and guide a team of offset machine operators and helpers.
Train staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new printing techniques.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Implement proper safety measures to prevent accidents and hazards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
