Responsibilities & Context

• As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, the job is to oversee the quality assurance team, ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Oversee the quality assurance team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
• Ensure all quality assurance activities are documented and reported accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes.
