Requirements

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Nutrition, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry or related field.

Responsibilities & Context

Quality Integrated Agro Limited, a concern of Quality Feeds Limited, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented supervisor for the Quality Control (QC) Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of fast food and frozen food products by visiting depots within Dhaka city.

• Visit depots inside Dhaka city to assess and monitor the quality of fast food and frozen food items.
• Conduct microbiological analysis, water testing, chemical testing of water and ice for environmental monitoring, and swab tests.
• Developing quality control plans by conducting hazard analyses and identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
• Checking and improving quality control procedures and ensuring product safety & quality from the raw material stage to the finished products.
• Perform quality checks and ensure all products meet the company’s high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits of food products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain records of inspections and reports.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and face all kinds of audits, visitors, and suppliers.
• Provide suggestions for improvements to enhance food safety and product quality.
