Responsibilities & Context
Supervise day-to-day activities of poultry shed worker.
Supervise day-to-day routine work of the poultry shed.
Taking weekly body weight of the flock aiming to allocate feed for the male and female.
Doing daily eye grading of the birds.
Attending daily feeding in the morning.
Doing routine vaccine of the birds with greater care.
Maintaining strong operational biosecurity of the farm.
Hiring skilled worker from the job market.
Maintaining all flock registers for records.
Making all report to monitor the flock status.
Follow the instruction of superior (Officer/ Farm manager/ GM) as and when necessary)
Compensation & Other Benefits

Accommodation and Food facility will be based on company policy (for working in confined environment).
