Responsibilities & Context

• Sourcing Suitable vendors
• Visit Vendors/Market regular on daily basis
• Keep update Vendors Information
• Liaise with transporter & warehouse to enhance order deliver as per schedule.
• Liaise with supplier for purchase transaction to enhance smooth & efficient shipment.
• Coordinating & liaise with forwarding agent for monitoring full Import & shipment matter and track the performance & cost meet the company requirement.
• Inventory control & management to enhance inventory accuracy.
• With ability to coordinate and managed complex supply chain transaction.
• Provide support to any ad hoc after sales support matter from time to time.
• Process daily sales order, by issue sales orders, invoice & track delivery arrangement.
