Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain/ Procurement Manager to manage the company’s supply of products and services. Supply Chain/Procurement Manager Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Supply Chain/Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people. This position has to work under direct supervision of top management of the company. He has to play the key role to operate and develop the engineering departmental issues with all necessary attachment towards to the business.·

Developing and implementing supply chain strategy / policy to meet business goal.·
Sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials, components and finished goods from the right place.·
Ensure all goods and services purchased in comply with company procurement policy & procedure.·

Searching potential suppliers and create a poll of vendors through establishing vendor’s enlistment process.·
Closely work with various department (Sales, Production, Operation and Finance) to ensure smooth coordination.·
Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and ensuring optimum inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs.·
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contract and monitoring performance.·
Follow up and maintain proper documentation of deal from procurement to payment.·
Electrical & mechanical sound Knowledge.·
Analysis of the data and utilizing data to make informed decision, identify trends and optimize processes.·
In collaboration with transport unit optimizing transportation routes, selecting logistic provider and managing warehouse and distribution center.·
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.·
Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain in consultation with management.·
Any other duties assigned by Management.
