Additional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support, customer service, QA, or a related technical field.
• Good understanding of software troubleshooting techniques (e.g., API knowledge, database basics, common bugs).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and support platforms is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or remote team tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide excellent technical support to SpaceSoft Limited customers via email, chat, and occasional calls.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding communication and service.
• Assist in building technical support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features to offer accurate support.
