Responsibilities & Context
Candidate Will Learn During Internship Period (06 Months):
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC software and hardware issues.
- Maintain and troubleshooting IT equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Set up and maintain office networking infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and attendance machines.
- Configure and manage business email systems.
- Provide end-user support, including remote assistance.
- Manage client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
- Upon successfully completing the six-month probation period, the candidate will have the opportunity to join our team. Salary and other benefits will be provided according to company policy.
