Attending customers’ complaints, queries through phone call & also inside or outside of office.
Should have General Knowledge about Various Type EPON & GPON OLT & Configuration of ONU
Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside of office.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system
Must have sound knowledge of Mikrotik router for manage and troubleshoot.
Network performance monitoring by variety of tools.
Including bandwidth usage, latency, and packet loss checking, responsible for identifying and resolving any network issues that may arise.
Lead technical team and able to work under pressure
Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
Must have very good communication skill direct and over the phone with corporate customer
Hardware & Network Maintenance, Office Software, Online Ticket Reconciliation, Making Daily & Monthly Report, Products Inventory.
Participate in a 24×7 roster duty.
