Responsibilities & Context

Department: Operations / IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the operation of software modules of ERP (i.e HR, Payroll, and other systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams for system requirements.
• Document issues, bug, and CR.
