Education

Experience
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Call Center, IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 42 years
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in construction projects.
- Experience in site surveying and setting out works.
- Experience in civil construction projects, landscaping, fountains, parks, roads, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to operate Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS equipment.
- Experience in preparing survey reports, level books, and as-built drawings.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct topographic and site surveys as required by the project.
- Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates.
- Carry out setting out works for fountain structures, pipelines, pump rooms, electrical ducts, and associated civil works.
- Verify dimensions, levels, elevations, and alignments during construction.
- Prepare daily survey records and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Construction Team regarding survey requirements.
- Prepare quantity measurements and assist in billing measurements when required.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.
- Prepare as-built survey data and drawings upon completion of works.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
