Additional Requirements

• At least one international sustainability/ESG certification (GRI preferred).
• Knowledge of management systems like QMS, EMS, OHSMS, or EnMS is a plus
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with basic data visualization knowledge.
• Basic understanding of GHG protocols and carbon footprinting.
• Familiarity with ESG tools/software is a bonus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Comfortable working on client projects and tight timelines.

Responsibilities & Context

Sustainability / ESG Data Management & Analysis:

• Assist in collecting, validating & analyzing ESG data from clients.
• Track ESG performance, conduct benchmarking & gap analysis.
• Support in preparing ESG dashboards & data visualizations.

Sustainability / ESG Reporting & Disclosure:

• Contribute to GRI, CSRD, TCFD, ESRS, and IFRS S1/S2-aligned reports.

• Assist with ESG rating responses (CDP, EcoVadis, MSCI, etc.).
• Support content writing, layout design, and report reviews.

Technical & Strategic Support:

• Work with senior ESG consultants on technical assessments.
• Conduct research on sustainability trends and frameworks.
• Assist in GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3) and SBTi-aligned strategies.

Internal Capacity Building & Development:

• Assist with sustainability training sessions and awareness materials.
• Prepare case studies, client proposals, and internal knowledge tools.
