Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the bulk production from knit to box ensuring on-time delivery without any quality problem
- Optimize the production flow, daily monitoring on the production in term of efficiency and quality
- Shorten the lead time and control of WIP of the whole production by using First In First Out concept
- Workers management, maximize the capacity of the whole factory in the optimum condition
- Efficiency monitoring and quality control, weekly meet-up with QA and IE team to ensure the production meet targets.
- Work closely with finance and IE team to reduce the cost of factory and maximize the capacity of factory.
