Responsibilities & Context

We’re on the lookout for a talented SysOps Engineer to join our team and help us drive our mission of providing exceptional online shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance by regularly checking logs, resource utilization, and performance data.
Deploy and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and enforce secure configurations across systems and environments.
Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, automating account management tasks where possible.
Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of software.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software packages, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues.
