- Proven experience as System/Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of client/server hardware & software.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of VMware/virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Strong skills in networking (Cisco, MikroTik) and security, backup & recovery.
- Experience with scripting/automation and help desk tools.
- Ability to handle multiple issues, work independently, and minimize third-party dependency.
- Strong time management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context
Context:
- Next Accessories Ltd. is seeking a high-caliber System Administration Manager to oversee our complex IT ecosystem. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical mastery and strategic foresight. You will be responsible for leading a specialized team, ensuring 99.9% network uptime, maintaining ISO standards, and conducting critical feasibility studies for infrastructure expansion while managing sourcing capacity for all hardware and software needs.
- Have to have hands-on experience working with innovative and the latest technologies, products, and solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical & financial feasibility studies for IT infrastructure, cloud, and network expansion.
- Manage procurement, vendor selection, and sourcing capacity for hardware & software.
- Maintain centralized IT asset management and license compliance.
- Administer Data Center, LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VMware environments.
- Oversee system performance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Direct, manage, and motivate the IT team, including Help Desk operations.
- Implement and maintain ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 standards.
- Manage IT security, DLP, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems.
- Maintain system reports, documentation, and change records.
- Develop and maintain checklists/templates for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Monitor system performance and report issues to the Owner IT Team.
