Position Overview: We are looking for highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our System Administration team. The role involves managing, deploying, and optimizing Office 365 services while ensuring security, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deployment and Configuration
- Plan, deploy, and configure Office 365 services, Active Directory, and Exchange Server as per organizational needs.
- Ensure effective licensing and subscription management.
2. User Management
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts while managing licenses and permissions.
- Set up user profiles and mailboxes with precision.
3. Security and Compliance
- Implement and enforce robust security policies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and data loss prevention (DLP).
- Proactively monitor and address security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.
4. Email Management
- Manage Exchange Online and Exchange Server for mail flow, database management, and issue resolution.
- Configure email archiving and retention policies to align with organizational standards.
5. Collaboration Tools
- Administer SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Optimize permissions and collaboration functionalities.
6. Troubleshooting and Support
- Provide responsive technical support for Office 365 services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve advanced issues.
7. Monitoring and Performance Optimization
- Continuously monitor service performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Implement best practices for resource utilization and efficiency.
8. Documentation and Training
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency with Office 365 tools.
9. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest Office 365 developments and recommend innovative solutions.
- Implement enhancements to boost productivity and security.
10. Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Design and test backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data.
- Ensure seamless business continuity during unforeseen events.
