Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose

System Analyst is providing technical & operational support of ERP, Digital Marketplace, BPMS and other procurement related software. He is charged also with installing, supporting and maintaining servers, related software(s) or other computer systems, departmental email, IT accessories and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. He will also perform duties of MIS reporting, project management for systems-related tasks, supervising or training computer operators and other officers as well and being the consultant for computer problems beyond the knowledge of technical support staff

Key Responsibilities

System Administrator/ System Analyst is a key focal for developing various BI (Business Intelligence) Tools for Management. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to support decision-making processes. As a part of that to develop verity of MIS report, dashboard as per Management requirement.
Provide technical & functional/operational support of ERP, Digital Marketplace and other software’s to end user.
Supervise IT & system analysis related task of BRAC Procurement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze business requirements, software related issues and ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with business goals and strategies.
Maintain test cases, scripts, documentation and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are identified and resolved.
Integrate new technologies into existing system environments.
Apply operating system updates, patches, configuration changes and co-ordinate with Technology department for Email & server related issues.
Troubleshoot and maintain Hardware, network, email in BPD.
Manage file archiving process.
Coordinate with internal and external auditor for ERP, BPMS or other software related Issue.
Prepare Software requirement document (SRD) and Prepared process flow for those softwires, Identify the integration point and synchronization with other ERP module/System/Software.
Develop & design various business process automation system as a part of business process re-engineering (BPR) to Gathering Users’ application Requirements and System Design.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
