• • Willingness to travel frequently and stay at customer sites outside Dhaka for extended periods as required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bengali.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, infrastructure management, and software support. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in both Windows and Linux environments, capable of ensuring the optimal performance of our IT systems and field-deployed smart metering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, and maintain Operating Systems, Virtual Machines (Windows & Linux), Application Software, and Databases (Oracle/MySQL).
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional design and system operation manuals.
• Perform programming and customization as per project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, databases, and smart metering systems.
• Administer and maintain multi-platform environments, including RHEL-based servers, Oracle and SQL databases.
• Operate and support field systems, including on-site troubleshooting and system upgrades.
