Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, specifically supporting MAC and Windows platforms
Strong knowledge of IT networking, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Experience with IT system installations, configurations, and maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Provide dedicated IT support to the Board of Directors, ensuring all their technical needs are met promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on both MAC and Windows platforms.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage and maintain IT networking infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
Support corporate office staff with IT-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Document and maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and IT policies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT and networking technologies
