Job function : System Engineer
Location : Head Office
Job Type : Permanent

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure
• Configure and manage Commvault backup solutions for various systems and applications by ensuring compliance with data retention policies and disaster recovery plans
• Execute IT projects according to the plan of the IT Planning and Development Team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation for IT processes and procedures
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability. Monitor backup operations, troubleshoot failures, and perform regular test restores
