Responsibilities & Context
- Must have sound knowledge in IT Trouble-shooting.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to computer hardware, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts including LAN, WAN, wireless technologies.
- Familiarity with printer setup and support, including managing network and local printers.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment including routers, switches, access points.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
