Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Cisco, MikroTik

Experience

• At most 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Technical Infrastructure, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide technical assistance for maintaining office computers, IT equipment and networking systems by performing regular checks to ensure smooth functionality and connectivity.
• Installing windows, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Install, configure and maintain networking devices like manageable and non-manageable switches & routers (especially CISCO devices).
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, pad, tablet, mac, iPhone , printer, scanner, and different types of IP devices.
• Ensure all CCTV systems and cameras are functioning properly.
• Identify and recommend new technology solutions.
• Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
• Having mentality to work under pressure
• Having mentality to provide support any time for any office emergency
