Mandatory

To qualify to enter the selection process for this job, you must meet the following minimum criteria. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet these criteria:

• 4-5 years of experience in software and database management.
• Must be from an English medium background with O/A level qualifications.
• Experience with ERP solutions and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Good knowledge and experience with project management tools like ClickUp and Open Project.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following skills/competence, you’ll have a competitive advantage in our selection process compared to others:

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Responsibilities & Context

Your role will be to manage and lead all internal automation initiatives and be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining the organization’s ERP system and associated tools. This includes the CRM tool and other ERP components, ensuring these systems are integrated, optimized, and operating efficiently to support the organization’s objectives.

The following list of typical responsibilities you will take on is indicative, not exhaustive. You’ll have a reasonable workload that can assure high-quality results

ERP Systems and Automation

• Manage the implementation and configuration of the ERP systems and associated tools, including tools like Open Project and the CRM tool.
• Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other organizational systems and applications.
• Customize ERP modules to fit organizational needs and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation within the organization and implement solutions to streamline operations.
• Set up, configure, and maintain the organization’s tools, deploying scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and processes.
• Monitor and maintain automation tools to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.

System Management, Maintenance and Security

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications related to the ERP system.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor system performance, maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for ERP and related systems, performing regular backup operations and ensuring data integrity and availability
• Implement and manage security measures to protect ERP and other systems, networks, and data.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Generate and analyze reports on system performance, security incidents, and IT operations

User Support, Training

• Provide technical support to users for ERP, CRM, and other related tools
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on the new systems and best practices
• Develop and maintain user documentation and manuals
