Additional Requirements

Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
Implement and maintain security protocols and policies.
Perform regular system backups and data recovery operations.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement technology solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Valid CCNA certification is required.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience with Container platforms (i.e: Docker and similar)
