Responsibilities & Context

• Regular Job
• Lawyers are discourage to apply.
• Processing of land purchase & update of land documents.
• Drafting all kinds of Deed (legal) documents.
• To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S mutation, deed, via deed,portion of porcha).
• To monitor and finalize legal vetting for land purchase and conduct purchase deed registration, per-registration and post registration activities.
• Any other works assigned by Management Any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
• Having experience to communication with land office, AC land Office, SRO Good liaison/communication skill with govt. & non-govt. personnel/officers.
