Responsibilities & Context

Description:

We are a US-based IT and Finance consulting organization (technologyfss.com), looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who would work through the full recruitment cycle starting from developing job descriptions and advertisements to initial screening, and then to new employee onboarding. This role is going to start as a part-time fully remote role and may evolve into a full-time role depending on business needs and employee performance. The compensation is by hours, paid bi-weekly; along with some bi-annual commission (based on onboarded employee tenure and performance).

Primary Responsibilities·

  • Create compelling job descriptions.
  • To process recruiting and hiring procedures by preparing the job advertisement, shortlisting, interview call letters, interviewing the candidates, and preparing evaluation sheets and appointment letters.
  • To bring to the notice of the Management of the Company by identifying the involvement of any employee in malfeasance activity(s) and take appropriate action as determined by the Management.
  • Supervision and managing of outsourcing vendors·         Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations·         Assisting with the performance management and review process. Secondary Responsibilities·
  • Create monthly duty roster and salary statements for employees.
  • Develop Employee Retention Strategies.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits.
  • Ensure Compliance with Rules and Regulations.
  • Maintain and update record of personal files of all the employees with requisite documents/credentials along with the record of Annual Performance Review of each employee.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration on Human Resource Management or related field·
  • At least 3 years’ experience in employee hiring and onboarding·
  • Availability to work US Eastern Time (Some local Bangladesh office hours may be needed to deal with outsourced firms) ·
  • Fluency in English Preferred

    Qualifications·:

  • Previous experience in working with US and EU-based clientele·
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment
