Responsibilities & Context

To check delivery order and compare with Auction Catalogues before delivery.
To prepare and issue parties’ delivery Challan. (Custom Form – Mushak 6.3)
To maintain receiving and delivery stock register book.(Custom Form- KHA)
To prepare and issue parties’ removal/rent charges bill.
To maintain Custom Form- Chak ‘KHA’.To maintain daily work register.
To prepare Custom form ‘Ng’.To prepare Customs monthly statement.To supervise unloading and delivery.
To issue gate pass and labour bill.
To supervise Warehouse related all operational works.
