• Responsibilities for Hosen Academy Teachers (Recorded & Live Classes for Website & Mobile App)
• Course Development & Content Creation
• Design structured lesson plans covering the full syllabus of the respective subject.
• Ensure the content is well-organized, practical, and aligned with academic and career needs.
• Create high-quality study materials, including PDFs, quizzes, assignments, and reference notes.
• Recorded Class Responsibilities
• Conduct recorded classes via Zoom, Google Meet, or other suitable software.
• Deliver well-structured, high-quality recorded video lectures following Hosen Academy standards.
• Maintain clear pronunciation, structured explanations, and an engaging teaching style.
• Ensure error-free and distraction-free content, following a well-paced learning approach.
• Provide additional reading materials and study resources for better student understanding.
• Live Class Responsibilities (If Required)
• Conduct live sessions for student interaction, Q&A, or advanced discussions.
• Use interactive teaching methods, including case studies and real-world examples.
• Manage live session timing effectively while ensuring smooth communication.
• Record live classes (if necessary) for future student access.
