Minimum 2 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in an English Medium School.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
A thorough understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.
A commitment to the Islamic ethos of the school.
High level of proficiency in English both verbal & written is essential.
Trained in Cambridge International examinations will get preference.
Good knowledge of class controlling and students dealing is essentially required.
Training on teaching methodology will be added advantage.
Preference will be given on who are expert in Cambridge University curriculum.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Principal and Vice Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.
Help implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
Assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.
Work with teachers to create and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
Support teachers in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help with the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of teachers.
Work with the administrative team to manage budgets, resources, and facilities.
Assist in maintaining effective communication between the school and parents, community members, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that the school is adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Help promote the vision and mission of Park International School & College.
Prepare lesson plan, lecture materials and actively in developing Curriculum.
Provide guidance and support to teacher’s
Evaluate student’s assignments and written works.
All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
Active participation in school events.
