Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Graduated from any UGC-approved university in Bangladesh.
• Preferred subjects: Math, Applied Math, CSE, EEE, ETE, Physics, Statistics. (For English: English, English Language and Literature, English Language Teaching)

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  College, Training Institutes, School, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

Role – Academic Content Creator

Modality – Full-Time (Saturday to Thursday; 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM)

Location – Office (Map)

Brief About the Role:

An academic team member will play an important role in creating and modifying academic resources like books, lecture sheets, class slides, etc. They are responsible for evaluating curriculum materials, collaborating on curriculum development and ensuring book and content quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on academic content-making for English, Math, Higher Math, (In some cases, if needed Physics, Biology, and Chemistry); equivalent to private university admission test questions.
• Evaluate current academic materials and resources, recommending updates or changes as needed.
• Preparing lesson plans, and teaching materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
• Synthesising and reporting regular updates and due deliverables.
• Assisting the instructor team to conduct classes in different batches. Ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
• Take classes on various batches and prepare lesson plans and schedules.
• You are expected to report your working status to your supervisor on a regular basis.
• Observing and giving feedback about the performance of the instructors and part-time academic content creators on their activities to the authority.
• Communicating effectively both orally and in writing with students and other team members.
