Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dedicated Teacher’s Assistant (TA) in Mathematics. This position offers excellent prospects for future growth and professional development. Responsibilities include assisting the lead teacher with class schedules and activities, preparing materials and equipment, supporting O-level students, script checking, documenting student progress, and managing small daily accounts. Candidates must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Office hours are from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the lead teacher to monitor class schedules and activities.
- Assisting teachers with preparing materials and setting up equipment.
- Providing support to O-level students with minor issues.
- Occasionally checking scripts.
- Documenting student progress and communicating with parents to keep them informed.
- Managing small daily accounts.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Festival Bonus: The benefit is provided twice yearly (equivalent to half of the salary each time) and is available after a minimum of three months of service.
