Additional Requirements

Candidate should have experience in teaching in English medium school A level or IB diploma.
Strong knowledge of Business Management subject.
Excellent instructional and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
Employee need to accommodate on school campus.

Teach Business Management courses, following the IB curriculum, and ensure that students are prepared for the IBDP assessments.
Develop engaging, interactive, and innovative lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varied learning styles.
Create a positive learning environment, manage classroom behavior, and ensure a respectful, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.
Design and implement formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students.
Participate in and contribute to extra-curricular activities, including academic clubs, student-led initiatives, and management-related workshops.
Suggest additional reading materials, case studies, and online resources to deepen their understanding of management concepts.
Offer designated office hours or study sessions where students can seek extra help, ask questions, and review key concepts.
