Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the IB curriculum for Business Management and Economics.
- Teach Business Management and Economics courses with a focus on core principles, contemporary issues, and global perspectives.
- Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction that promotes inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and integrate real-world applications into the curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and IB requirements.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
