Responsibilities & Context
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and IB DP curriculum
- Encourage inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and lab exploration
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments including practical exams
- Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction
- Maintain accurate student records and report progress as per Cambridge and IB standards
- Collaborate with the science department and school leadership for continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing professional development (CPD)
- Ensure safety and compliance in all lab-related activities
