Job Responsibilities :

Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the Edexcel curriculum.
Design, administer, and grade assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback to students.
Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment, managing student behavior effectively.
Utilize innovative and creative teaching methods to engage students in active learning.
Incorporate arts, projects, and interactive activities to stimulate creativity and critical thinking.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Regularly assess student performance and progress through formative and summative evaluations, assignments, tests, and examinations as per Pearson’s criteria & DIS exam Policy.
Analyze data to adjust teaching strategies and interventions to meet student learning objectives.
Participate in professional development workshops and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
As a class teacher, communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Maintain accurate student records and complete related administrative tasks.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff, participating in staff meetings and committees.
Integrate technology into teaching practices and utilize online platforms for remote learning.
Support students’ emotional and social development within a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
